Can I pause or cancel?
Yes — anytime.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription whenever you want through your customer portal. There are no minimum commitments.
You’ll get access to your portal via the email you receive after your first subscription order, or by creating an account on our site.
Can I skip or reschedule a delivery?
Absolutely.
In your customer portal, you can:

Skip an upcoming shipment

Reschedule a delivery date

Change how often you receive your order
Everything is editable with just a click.
Can I add or change products?
Yes.
You can edit your subscription at any time — add products, remove items, or swap things out — directly in the customer portal.
What if my payment doesn’t go through?
If a payment can’t be processed, we’ll email you with a secure link to update your payment method.
We’ll retry billing twice over two days. If it still doesn’t go through, your subscription will be paused until it’s updated — nothing ships without your approval.
