I had tried this exact product while on vacation with friends. I was having problems sleeping and at that time it seemed to help. I would take two before bed. Not sure if it’s truly what I should be taking with some difficulty sleeping now that I’m home. I have just been taking one at night because of the cost.

This is my favorite gummy from Viiq as I am a huge fan of CBG and the benefits that it provides. My best word of advice with gummies is to really clear your calendar and allow yourself to feel the microdose effects. It's nice to have a small dose and once you become more comfortable with the effect you can stack 2 or 3 gummies together for an added effect. The gummies taste great, highly recommend!
